To apply for a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate, you need to submit valid identity proof and address proof for verification. The documentation requirements differ slightly for Individuals, Organizations, Foreign Nationals, and Government Users.

Documents Required for Foreign Nationals / Foreign Directors

If you are NRI, Foreign Citizen, or a Foreign Director of an Indian entity, the following documents are required:

• Passport Copy (Mandatory)
• Foreign Address Proof
• Residence Permit / Visa / OCI (if applicable)
• Email & Mobile for Verification
• Notarization / Apostille may be required (We will guide based on country)

Documents Required for Government Employees

For Government DSC (NIC, DGFT, eProcurement, etc.):

• Government ID Card
• Official Email ID
• Department Authorization Letter
• Aadhaar or ID + Address Proof (if required)
